- Billing & subscriptions — Dracon Omega plan changes, refunds, tax questions. For account-specific issues, sign in to your dashboard first; most billing questions can be answered there without a back-and-forth email.
- Security disclosures — please email security@dracon.uk with a responsible-disclosure subject line. Our PGP key is on the Security page.
- Press & partnerships — email contact@dracon.uk with a subject line starting
[press]or[partnership]. - Open source contributions — open an issue or PR on the relevant repo at github.com/DraconDev. We don't take contributions over email.
What we don't do
Dracon does not sell products, and does not sign custom contracts or negotiate custom terms. Every product is open source and free to self-host; the only paid tier is the Dracon Omega subscription, which is a self-serve product on /pricing. We are happy to answer questions about self-hosting.
Existing customers
If you have an active Dracon subscription, the fastest way to get help is through your dashboard — billing, API keys, and account management are all in there. For anything else, email contact@dracon.uk from the address on your account.
