Fine print worth knowing
A few things in the fine print deserve attention before committing storage here: Objects deleted before day 30 are billed for the full 30 days anyway, so short-lived backup churn quietly costs double what it appears to; on top of that, the free outbound allowance tops out at 3× your stored volume each month — past that wall every extra GiB bills at $0.01/GiB, and ordinary dev churn burns through it faster than you'd expect.
Where it shines: read-heavy workloads get real headroom from 3× stored volume in monthly free egress; and there is no minimum spend or storage floor — the bill tracks actual usage exactly.
